Bruschi Rentals provides personalized rental assistance in Miami. We help you find your dream home by collecting your preferences through a structured process and matching you with relevant rental options.

2. How It Works

1. You provide your preferences through our multi-step form (neighborhood, apartment type, budget, move-in date, and contact information)
2. We save your information in our secure database for processing
3. Our team reviews your preferences and sends you personalized rental options and relevant information
4. You can access a secure portal to view your options using passwordless authentication via SMS or email
5. We provide ongoing support throughout your rental search process

3. SMS Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

By providing your phone number and using our services, you consent to receive SMS messages from Bruschi Rentals in accordance with A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) regulations.

3.1 Types of Messages You May Receive

• Authentication messages: One-time passcodes (OTP) for secure portal access via Auth0 passwordless authentication
• Service messages: Rental property recommendations matching your preferences
• Transactional messages: Updates about your rental application status, appointment confirmations, and account notifications
• Customer support: Responses to your inquiries and ongoing communication about your rental search

3.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. Authentication codes are sent only when you request access to your portal. Rental recommendations and updates are sent based on available properties matching your criteria. You may receive up to 10 messages per week during active rental searches.

3.3 Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Bruschi Rentals does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge standard messaging fees. Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.

3.4 Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving non-essential SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any SMS message from us

• Using the preference settings in your client portal (when available)

Note: Opting out of SMS messages may prevent you from receiving authentication codes required to access your rental portal. You may continue to receive transactional messages related to active applications even after opting out of marketing messages.

3.6 Supported Carriers

Our SMS services are available on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their subsidiaries and affiliates. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on carrier availability and coverage.

4. Authentication and Portal Access

To access your personalized rental options portal, we use secure, passwordless authentication through Auth0. This involves sending a verification code to your phone number or email address. This ensures secure access while maintaining your privacy.

By submitting your preferences, you consent to receiving communications from Bruschi Rentals regarding:

• Updates about available properties
• Information about the rental process
• Portal access instructions
• Authentication codes for secure access

6. Your Consent

By checking the terms acceptance box in our contact form and submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, and you agree to:

• The terms and conditions outlined in this agreement
• Receiving SMS messages including authentication codes and rental updates
• Receiving relevant communications about rental opportunities
• The collection, use, and storage of your data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Paying any message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier

7. Limitations of Liability

Bruschi Rentals is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network problems, or incorrect contact information provided by you. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use our SMS services.
